Japan’s Aichi Prefectural Government has revealed their plans for the new theme park’s layout and features, setting in Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park new Nagoya, and announced to set open in 2022 fall.

It is said to have five zones with some of the most iconic themes, including including Princess Mononoke and Howl’s Moving Castle and My Neighbor Totoro.

Restaurants and many recreational areas will be available for all ages, mostly inspired by the wasteland of Howl’s Moving Castle and the beautiful Okino residence from Kiki’s Delivery Service.

During a press conference, producer Toshio Suzuki said film creator Hayao Miyazaki is also working on the park’s creative side.
